Hi! I’m Robert Maderazo

I’m a Motion Designer based in Cardiff with a background in Motion Graphics and Visual Effects. I specialise in crafting clear, bold visuals that help brands stand out — whether that’s for digital campaigns, social content, trailers, or internal comms.

Over the years, I’ve worked both in-house and freelance, creating everything from branded animations and logo reveals to international trailer graphics. I’ve been lucky to work across a wide mix of projects, and I genuinely enjoy jumping into different styles and creative challenges.

I’ve also had the chance to take on leadership responsibilities, helping shape workflows, support junior designers, and keep creative projects running smoothly. Whether I’m collaborating with a team or working solo, I always aim to bring a thoughtful, solution-focused approach to what I do.

More than anything, I love the mix of creativity and clarity that motion design brings. It’s about finding the best way to tell a story — and making sure it looks great while doing it.
